Business of Climate Change: Changing the Face of Climate Innovation

This opening event will celebrate a few of these entrepreneurs and present new data on the broad ecosystem of startups.

Climate Innovation in the Northeast
A report on the state of the climate startup ecosystem in our region. Prepared by researchers at Brandeis International Business School, in cooperation with the Northeast Clean Energy Council (NECEC) and Clean Tech Open Northeast (CTO). Presented by Prof. Ben Gomes-Casseres ’76 and Alistair Pim, VP for Innovation & Partnerships, Northeast Clean Energy Council.

Brandeis Alumni Entrepreneurship Award
Granted to a Brandeis graduate who exemplifies entrepreneurial spirit and independent thinking. This year's recipient is Michael Burtov ’02, Founder and CEO, GeoOrbital. Presented by Kathryn Graddy, Dean, Brandeis International Business School.
